“Less is more”, this a simple but beautiful design that was designed to accommodate the client’s budget. Most clients want beautiful homes but complain about the building costs, so with this design we tried by all means to reduce costs. One of its attraction is the triple garage with no door, it was designed on purpose for the client’s collection of cars to enhance the beauty of the house. It also has a flat roof because the materials are cheaper, as they don't need to have as much “curb appeal”; the labour is cheaper because there is less risk in installing them.

The house has the following:

• Open plan of a lounge, dining and kitchen (with scullery)
• Entertainment area
• 2 Bedrooms
• Master bedroom with dresser and en-suite
• Bathroom (Shower & wash hand basin)
